Biographical Information

Hualiang (Harry) Teng, PhD, is a research assistant professor of Civil Engineering at the University of Virginia and has a joint appointment with the Virginia Center for Transportation Innovation and Research. He received a Bachelor's and Master’s Degree in Transportation Management and Engineering from Northern Jiaotong University in China, a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University in U.S. and a Ph.D. Degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University in U.S.

He is the Associate Director for Administration of the Center for Transportation Studies in the Department of Civil Engineering.
