Biographical Information
David Mokarem works at the Virginia Transportation Research Center, and holds a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in civil engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He has conducted research in the areas of pavements, concrete materials, asphalt materials, and polymers. His research has been published in ACI’s Materials Journal, and TRB’s Transportation Research Record.
